5 med. bananas 1 Tbsp. butter or butter-replacement 1/3 c. orange juice 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar 2/3 c. shredded coconut Cut bananas crosswise into halves; cut each half lengthwise into halves and arrange in greased 9-in. pie plate. Dot with butter; drizzle with orange and lemon juices. Sprinkle and distribute with brown sugar and coconut. Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit until coconut is golden — 8 to 10 mins. Yields 5 or 6 servings.
