This spice blend is used as a dry rub for grilled fish. The turmeric lends the fish a nice golden color. 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/8 tsp. fennel
1/2 tsp. ground fenugreek
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. turmeric Mix all ingredients together.
