Six eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk 2 to 2 1/2 (two and a half) c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavor desired Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Drop into hot canola (or other vegetable) oil and fry until golden brown.
