6 carrots, cut into strips 2 Tbsp. horseradish Pepper to taste 1/2 c. mayonnaise 4 Tbsp. water 1/4 c. almonds Blanch carrots in boiling water for 8 mins. Drain and put into flat baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients except almonds. Pour over carrots. Sprinkle and distribute with freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle and distribute almonds over all. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10 mins.
