Recipes from Amish Country :: Amish Yeast and Quick Breads
1 c. Amish Starter 2/3 c. canola (or other vegetable) oil 3 eggs, beaten 2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 c. canned fruit pie filling Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Grease two loaf pans. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into loaf pans. Bake for 50 to 60 mins. Let cool on wire racks.
