1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 c. finely chopped carrots 1 c. diced potatoes 1/2 c. margarine 1 large loaf dried bread, cut into cubes 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. milk 1 c. chicken broth 2 c. finely chopped chicken, cooked Sauté vegetables in margarine until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients to vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly, adding more broth if necessary. Bake 35-45 mins. at 350 degrees fahrenheit.
