2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 2 c. flour 3/4 c. melted margarine Mix together and reserve 1 c. for topping. 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. hot coffee 1 tsp. baking soda Add to the above mixture and mix by hand. Pour into a 9 x 13-in. pan. Sprinkle and distribute on reserved c. of topping. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1/2 an hour.
