1 c. Amish Friendship Bread Starter 2 eggs 1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. milk 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. cornmeal 1/4 c. oil 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Liberally grease a 9-in. pan. Combine starter, eggs, milk, sugar, flour and cornmeal in a large bowl. Beat at med. speed of electric mixer for 2 mins. Add oil, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Pour in prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 1/2 an hour.
