4 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 (one and one-half) c. Crisco 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. water Blend flour, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco. Mix together egg, water and vinegar. Add to flour. Chill before rolling. This will keep for days in the refrigerator and will be easy to roll.
