4 c. peaches, peeled and sliced 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca 1 (9-in.) unbaked pie shell Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Mix together gently, peaches, sugar, salt and tapioca. Let blend for 5 mins. before spooning into pie shell. Crumbs 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or butter-replacement; melted 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. brown sugar Mix ingredients well and sprinkle and distribute over pie shell. Bake for 45 to 50 mins.
