MOONG DAL CHUTNEY


Moong dal
1 cup
Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp
Red chilies
3
Asafoetida
1/2 tsp
Tamarind
2 inches
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
  • In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds allow it to crackle. Add cumin seeds & red chilies. Let it cool.
  • Put all the seasoning in the mixer with the soaked moong dal, tamarind, coriander leaves & salt.
  • Grind it to a smooth paste.
