GINGER SWEET CHUTNEY


Ginger
2 inch (finely chopped)
Green chili
3
Tamarindjuice
1/2 cup
Red chili
2
Jaggery (grated)
2 tsp
Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp
Coconut oil
2 tsp
Salt
Curry leaves
  • Heat the pan with oil add mustard seeds, red chili and curry leaves.
  • Fry for a min and add finely chopped ginger and green chili, fry well.
  • Now add tamarind juice and salt. Let it boil in the medium heat and add jaggery, mix well.
  • Cook until it becomes thick.
