RED CAPSICUM CHUTNEY


Red capsicum
1 large (red bell pepper)
Tomato
2 (medium)
Tamarindjuice
1/2 cup
Red chili
1
Urad dal
1 tsp
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
Salt
Oil
  • Heat the pan with oil add urad dal, cumin seeds fry for a min, add chopped red capsicum, chopped tomato, red chili fry until the capsicum becomes soft. Let it cool.
  • Then grind the fried ingredients with tamarind juice, salt and water.
