HOT COCONUT CHUTNEY

Coconut
1 cup (freshly grated)
Red chilies

Channa dal

Onion

Mustard seeds
1 tsp
Urad dal
1 tsp
Curry leaves

  • Grind coconut grated, red chilies, salt , water, channa dal together.
  • Blend the mixture until it forms a coarse paste. Transfer it to a bowl.
  • Heat the oil in pan and add the mustard seeds and urad dal.
  • When the seeds start spluttering, add the curry leaves then add the chopped onion and fry for a min.
  • Poured into the pureed coconut mixture and mix well.
