Urad dal

Curry leaves

Oil
  • Pour oil in a pan. Then add the chopped onion and fry it for few min.
  • Put the sliced tomato and fry well then add the red chilli.
  • Grind it well with salt.
  • Heat the pan with oil and add mustard seeds and urad dal & curry leaves. Then add it to the ground paste and grind well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
