PEANUT CHUTNEY

Peanut 1 cup
Green chilies 5
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Salt
  • Grind peanut, green chili, and salt.
  • Grind it into thick paste. Heat the pan with oil and add mustard, urad dhal, fry for a min.
  • Then add it to the grinded paste.
  • Serve with idli, dosai or uppma.
