3 tsp. olive oil 3 slices bacon, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 med. cabbage, chopped 1/4 tsp. red cayenne 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. onion, chopped Sauté green pepper and bacon in olive oil. After browning, add tomatoes and chopped cabbage. Add remaining ingredients. Let it come to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 mins.
