4 lbs. pork back ribs 2 Tbsp. paprika 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. red pepper 1 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves 1 tsp. oregano Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Combine seasonings together well and rub on all surfaces of ribs. Place ribs on covered grill over indirect heat and cook, turning every 15 mins., for 1 1/2 hours. Yield: 4 servings
