1 center cut ham steak 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. orange juice 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel 2 Tbsp. seedless raisins Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Bake ham steak until done. Meanwhile, to make sauce, combine brown sugar, honey, orange juice, orange peel and raisins. Simmer for 10 mins., then pour over steak just before serving.
