2 Tbsp. butter 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken 1 c. cooked shrimp 1 c. cooked sausage pieces 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes and liquid 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce Salt 1/2 c. chopped parsley Melt butter in large pot; add onions and peppers. Sauté until onions are soft. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to blend. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cook uncovered or without a lid 30 to 40 mins., stirring occasionally. Serve over hot spaghetti. Makes 8 servings.
