1 lb. alligator meat 1 c. sherry 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper 1 tsp. Season-All 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing Marinate meat in the sherry, lemon pepper, Season-All, lemon juice and salad dressing for 2 hours. Drain and dredge meat with flour. Fry pieces for about 15 mins., turning often until brown. Drain and serve hot.
