1 lb. cubed pork 2 Tbsp. oil 20 oz. pineapple chunks with juice 1/2 c. light Karo® corn syrup 1/4 c. cider vinegar 2 Tbsp. catsup 2 Tbsp. ssoy sauce 1 clove garlic, crushed Green bell pepper, cut into chunks 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 Tbsp. water Brown pork in oil. Add pineapple, corn syrup, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce and garlic. Let it come to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered or without a lid for 10 mins. Add green bell pepper, cornstarch and water. Boil for 1 minute. Serve over rice.
