5 eggs
1 c. chopped shrimp
1 c. shredded onion
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/4 to 1/2 c. fresh bean sprouts
1/2 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Beat eggs until thick. Add shrimp, onions, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and soy sauce to eggs and continue beating.
Heat small amount of oil in a heavy shallow pan. Carefully ladle shrimp mixture into pan the size of a med. pancake. Cook until brown and then turn.
Serve with Sauce.

Sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. sugar
Mix ingredients and cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve over Shrimp Foo Yung.
