2 lbs. de-boned chicken 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce 1/2 tsp. five-spice 1/4 c. sesame oil 3 Tbsp. peanut oil plus extra for frying 1 clove garlic 6 leaves cilantro 2 Tbsp. flour Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate chicken 2 hours. Wrap chicken in 4 x 4-in. foil square or rectangles. Deep fry for 7 mins. in 375 degrees fahrenheit peanut oil. Serves 4 to 6.
