Recipes from China :: Chinese Main Dish Poultry
2 Tbsp. canola (or other vegetable) oil
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. raw chicken
2 Tbsp. green bell pepper, diced
1 c. bok choy, 1/8-in. slices
2 c. celery, 1/8-in. slices
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
3 small tomatoes, quartered
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
Put oil, salt and pepper into a skillet. Add raw chicken, cut into 1/3-in. cubes. Cook on med. heat until done. Add green pepper, bok choy, celery and chicken bouillon. Cover an cook on med. heat for 10 mins. Add tomatoes. Blend and add the cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Heat just until thickened. DO NOT BREAK UP TOMATOES.
