Dry Chicken Recipes

HYDRABADI CHICKEN

Boneless chicken 1 lb
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Green chili 5
Oil
Salt
  • Take a bowl and add ginger, garlic paste, salt, chili powder , yogurt and oil. Marinate chicken with this mixture for 3 hours.
  • Heat oil and fry green chili and cook for a sec. then add chicken and cook till all the curd tries up.
  • Chicken is cooked a in low flame till it becomes golden brown.
    Garnish with coriander leaves and lime.
