GOAN CHICKEN CAFERAL

Chicken 1 lb
Limejuice 1/4 cup
Green chili 3
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Cinnamon bark 1/2 inch
Pepper 8-10
Salt
  • Grind green chili, coriander seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste and pepper.
  • Take a bowl and add lime juice, salt and grounded mixture and marinate the chicken with this mixture for 6-7 hours.
  • Pre heat oven to 325F.
  • Place the chicken in a tray and cover with foil.
  • now the chicken will be cooked for an hour.
  • For the last 15 minutes of cooking, remove the foil.
  • Remove the chicken from the roasting tray and leave to rest.
