- Grind
green chili, coriander seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste and
pepper.
- Take
a bowl and add lime juice, salt and grounded mixture and marinate
the chicken with this mixture
for 6-7 hours.
- Place
the chicken in a tray and cover with foil.
- now
the chicken will be cooked for an hour.
- For
the last 15 minutes of cooking, remove the foil.
- Remove
the chicken from the roasting tray and leave to rest.
