- Wash the
chicken and cut into pieces.
- Boil
the chicken with 3 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste, turmeric
powder, salt with little water. cook until the water evaporates in
the pan.
- Heat
the pan with the oil, add onion and fry until it becomes golden
brown.
- Add chili powder, 2 tbsp of ginger , garlic paste, fry
until the aroma comes out.
- Add fennel seeds and sauté 4 min.
- Now add the chicken pieces and sprinkle some water and simmer till
the oil separates out.
- Keep stirring until the chicken becomes
golden brown.
