Dry Chicken Recipes

FENNEL CHICKEN

Boneless chicken 1 lb
Ginger paste 5 tbsp
Garlic paste 5 tbsp
Onion 2 medium (chopped)
Fennel seeds 3 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Salt
Oil

  • Wash the chicken and cut into pieces.
  • Boil the chicken with 3 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt with little water. cook until the water evaporates in the pan.
  • Heat the pan with the oil, add onion and fry until it becomes golden brown.
  • Add chili powder, 2 tbsp of ginger , garlic paste, fry until the aroma comes out.
  • Add fennel seeds and sauté 4 min.
  • Now add the chicken pieces and sprinkle some water and simmer till the oil separates out.
  • Keep stirring until the chicken becomes golden brown.
  • Serve with rice.
