- Roast
the cashews in Melted butter until it becomes golden brown.
- Take
a bowl, add ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric
powder, pepper powder, salt, oil, lemon and
mix well. Apply this marinate on to the chicken pieces and
refrigerate for at least 8hrs.
- Heat
the pan with butter and add the chicken pieces.Mix
well and cover the pan with a lid.When the chicken pieces
are cooked then add the cream and roasted cashews. Fry until the
mixture is completely dry.
