Dry Chicken Recipes

CHICKEN TIKKA

Chicken 1 lb
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt
  • Skin & bone the chicken. Cut into 4 parts. Prick it well with a fork or a sharp knife.
  • Mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, chili powder, salt ,pepper and oil in a bowl.
  • Place chicken into marinade for 2 hours.
  • Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  • Brush with olive oil and place on grill for 6 minutes or more on each side.
