Chicken one half
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Garam masala 3 tsp (curry powder)
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Red food color 1tsp
vinegaror lemon juice 6 tsp
Salt
  • Wash and clean the chicken.
  • Take a bowl and add ginger, garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, Coriander powder, salt, vinegar, food color and mix well.
  • Marinate the chicken with this mixture for 2 hours.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken in oil.
