- Wash
and clean the chicken.
- Take
a bowl and add ginger, garlic paste, red chili powder, garam
masala, Coriander powder, salt, vinegar, food color and mix well.
- Marinate
the chicken with this mixture for 2 hours.
- Heat
the oil and deep fry the chicken in oil.
