- Pre
heat some oil in a pan add the onion and fried well till it
becomes golden brown, then add the red chilies and then add the
ginger & garlic paste. Add the
curry leaves finally. Then Grind them
all well to make a smooth masala.
- Heat
some oil in a pan add the mustard seeds, add the chopped onion,
fry them till they turn golden brown.
- Now
add the chopped tomatoes, fry them till they are cooked well.
- Then add the cut chicken pieces, fry them for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground masala , turmeric powder , garam masala powder,
chicken masala. Then add the
coriander leaves and salt.
- Close the lid, and now reduce the flame and the chicken is cooked
for about 25 min.
- Keep stirring it with equal intervals.
