- Cook
the egg and remove the shell and keep it aside.
- Take
gram flour and rice flour and mix well and add salt, red
chili powder, asafoetida, and turmeric powder. mix it with
little water to make into the very thick paste.
- Dip
it in the flour mixture and deep fry in the oil until it
becomes golden brown.
