EGG FRIED RICE


Basmati Rice 2 cup
Egg 3 large
Onion 2
Carrot 1/4 cup
Beans 1/4 cup
Green peas 1/4 cup
Garam masala 1 tsp (curry powder)
Ajinomoto salt
pepper powder
curry powder
Salt
Oil
  • Cook Basmati rice adding 4 cup water until fully cooked.
  • Beat the eggs, pour on the hot pan with oil and make scrambled egg by stirring continuously until it separates. keep this aside.
  • Cut the vegetablesin the form of long thin pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the vegetablesand fry until it cooked.
  • Add 1/2 a teaspoon salt and fry till half-cooked.
  • Add the cooked rice, scrambled egg and mix.
  • Add a pinch of aji-no-moto (chinese salt), 1/2 a teaspoon salt, 1/2 a teaspoon pepper powder, and 1/2 ateaspoon garam masala (if required).
  • Keep in low heat for about 10 min, stirring once in awhile. Remove from flame.
  • Serve hot with Onion Raitha.
