- Cook
Basmati rice adding 4 cup water until fully cooked.
- Beat
the eggs, pour on the hot pan with oil and make scrambled egg by
stirring continuously until it separates. keep this aside.
- Cut
the vegetablesin the form of long thin pieces.
- Heat
the oil in a frying pan. Add the vegetablesand fry until it
cooked.
- Add 1/2 a teaspoon salt and fry till half-cooked.
- Add the cooked
rice, scrambled egg and mix.
- Add a pinch of aji-no-moto (chinese
salt), 1/2 a teaspoon salt, 1/2 a teaspoon pepper powder, and 1/2
ateaspoon garam masala (if required).
- Keep
in low heat for about 10 min, stirring once in awhile.
Remove from flame.
- Serve
hot with Onion Raitha.
