BREAD PAKODA


Bread slices 8 or 9
Basin flour 3 tbsp
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Green chilies 2
Curry leaves
Salt
Coriander finely chopped
Oil
  • Peel off the corner of the bread slices and make them as a powder.
  • Take a bowl add the bread powder, basin flour, rice flour, chili powder and salt and mix well.
  • Then add finely chopped onions, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix them well.
  • Add a tea spoon of water to this batter should be very stiff.
  • Deep fry in oil like the ordinary pakodas till it is golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
