CHILI EGG TOAST

Egg 3
Bread slices 6
Green chilies 6
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ginger 1/2 inch
Garlic 2 cloves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
  • Grind together ginger garlic, cumin seeds, greenchillies into a smooth paste.
  • Beatthe eggsand add salt according to your taste. Add the groundpaste into thisbeaten eggand mix well.
  • Heat the pan and spread oil on it.
  • When the pan is fully heated,dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and toast on a pan.
  • Turn it over so that both sides arefried well.
  • Serve Hot with Tomato Ketchupor chutney.
