- Grind
together ginger garlic, cumin seeds, greenchillies into a smooth
paste.
- Beatthe
eggsand add salt according to your taste. Add the groundpaste
into thisbeaten eggand mix well.
- Heat
the pan and spread oil on it.
- When
the pan is fully heated,dip the bread slices in the egg
mixture and toast on a pan.
- Turn
it over so that both sides arefried well.
- Serve
Hot with Tomato Ketchupor chutney.
