EGG GRAVY

Medium Eggs 5
Onion 2 medium
Green chili 3 medium
Yogurt 1/2 cup (curd)
Garam masala 1/2 tsp (curry powder)
Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt
Oil
  • Chop onions into medium sized pieces and cut green chilies vertically.
  • Boil the eggs and remove the shells.
  • Make small slits on the eggs without making it into pieces.
  • Heat the pan with adding oil, add green chilies and funnel seeds.
  • Add onions and fry until it becomes golden brown. (Adding salt now will fry the onion quickly).
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and fry for 2 minutes.
  • To this add turmeric, salt and yogurt.
  • Mix well and add boiled eggs to this.
  • Cook until it becomes thick gravy. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
