- Chop onions
into medium sized pieces and cut green chilies vertically.
- Boil the eggs
and remove the shells.
- Make small slits on the eggs without making
it into pieces.
- Heat the pan
with adding oil, add green chilies and funnel seeds.
- Add onions
and fry until it becomes golden brown. (Adding salt now will fry
the onion quickly).
- Add chopped coriander leaves and fry for
2 minutes.
- To this add
turmeric, salt and yogurt.
- Mix well and add boiled eggs to this.
- Cook until it
becomes thick gravy. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
