CHICKEN

- Cut
chicken into small pieces and cook in water with some saltand
turmeric powder.
- Take out
the chicken and shred it (with hand) into very small pieces. Keep this aside.
- Beat
the egg in a bowl and
add salt. Keep it aside.
- Make partha
and shred the
paratha into small uniform pieces.
- Heat the pan
with the oil, add mustard
seeds, urad daland fryuntil it becomes brown.
- Add
chopped onion and green
chili and fry until it becomes golden brown. Then add
the chopped tomato and fry for a min.
- Now add shred
paratha, chicken and salt
and mix well. Fry for 5 min.
- Add the beaten
eggand keep on stirring until it becomes dry in the
medium heat.
- Sprinkle
with the pepper powderand
curry powder and fry for two minutes.
- Serve
with Coconut chutney.
