- Heat the pan
with the oil, add onion and fry until it becomes brown and then
add sliced green chilies, chopped tomatoes and stir well.
- Now add 3 tbsp
of water and add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Cook on very low
flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the egg directly into it and stir well to
form a thick gravy.
- Add the pepper
powder and salt, mix well.
