- Take a
bowl and beat the egg completely.
- Now
add salt in the beaten egg.
- Heat
the pan and spread the oil on it.
- When
the pan is fully heated, take some dosa flour and spread it
on the pan into a round shape. Now pour the beaten egg on the dosa.
- Uniformly
and let it cook in the medium heat.
- Turn
it over so that both sides are cooked well.
- Sprinkle
with the pepper powder to add taste.
