EGG DOSAI

Egg 2
Onion 1/2
Pepper powder 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Dosa flour 3 cup
Salt
Oil
  • Take a bowl and beat the egg completely.
  • Now add salt in the beaten egg.
  • Heat the pan and spread the oil on it.
  • When the pan is fully heated, take some dosa flour and spread it on the pan into a round shape. Now pour the beaten egg on the dosa.
  • Uniformly and let it cook in the medium heat.
  • Turn it over so that both sides are cooked well.
  • Sprinkle with the pepper powder to add taste.
