2 c. chilled whipping cream 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. Irish or Scotch whiskey 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 c. coarsely crushed crisp macaroons Beat whipping cream, sugar, whiskey and vanilla extract in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold in macaroons. Spoon into dessert dishes. Sprinkle and distribute with additional crushed macaroons if desired. Yields 8 servings.
