- Grind onion, tomato, red
chili, garlic, ginger, fennel seeds, blend all these ingredients in the blender
into the smooth paste with adding little water.
- Heat the pan with the oil,
add the blended masala in the pan, fry until the aroma comes out. Then add garam
masala, salt, coconut milk and tuna fish.
- Cook in the medium heat
until aroma and oil comes out from the gravy.
- Garnish with chopped
corianer leaves.
