TUNA FISH GRAVY

Tuna fish 1/2 lb (around 1/4 kg)
Onion 1 (Medium size-chopped)
Tomato 1 (chopped)
Red chili 4
Garlic 5 cloves
Ginger 1/2 inch
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp (curry powder)
Coriander leaves chopped
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Salt
Oil
  • Grind onion, tomato, red chili, garlic, ginger, fennel seeds, blend all these ingredients in the blender into the smooth paste with adding little water.
  • Heat the pan with the oil, add the blended masala in the pan, fry until the aroma comes out. Then add garam masala, salt, coconut milk and tuna fish.
  • Cook in the medium heat until aroma and oil comes out from the gravy.
  • Garnish with chopped corianer leaves.
