SHRIMP FRY

Shrimp 1 lb
Rice flour 3 tsp
Oil 1 cup
chili powder 1 tsp
Salt
  • Pre heat the oven to 300F, wash and clean the shrimp and put into the oven for 5 min.
  • Now the shrimp is steamed.
  • Add the rice flour, chili powder and salt to the cooked shrimp.
  • Heat the pan with oil and deep fry the fish for 1 min.
