- Wash
and clean the shrimp.
- Heat the pan with the oil add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds,
add the chopped green chilies, ginger, garlic and chopped
onion, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes golden
color.
- Add
coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- Cook
uncovered, until the sauce thickens, about 8 minutes. Add the
shrimp and cook, stirring constantly, until they curl up and turn
pink. Add salt and finely chopped cilantro.
