- Grind
chopped garlic and ginger, pepper corns, cloves, cinnamon, green
chilies, and coriander leaves, grind all the ingredients with
little water.
- Wash
and clean the prawns, apply salt and turmeric powder and keep
aside for 15 minutes.
- Fry the prawns in oil but do not let them harden.
- Heat
the pan with the oil, add cumin seeds and add
the ground masala and fry till oil separates.
- Wash
and clean the rice. Add the rice and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add one and a half cups water to it, add salt and mix it.
- When
the water boils reduce the flame and cook the rice on slow fire
for 10 min or till rice is cook.
- Mix
fried prawns with the cooked rice.
- Cover
and leave on slow fire for five minutes.
