- Take
a bowl and add garlic paste, ginger paste, black pepper, lemon
juice, oil, salt and mix well.
- Marinate
the chicken with these mixture for an hour.
- Pre
heat the vessel with oil and add chicken pieces and stir fry
for 10 to 15 min.
- Lower
the heat and add the green chili and water, cook until the chicken
is tender.
- To
make the gravy thick, add yogurt and heat it for 5 min.
