- Marinate
the chicken pieces in garlic, ginger and Turmeric for
1 hr.
- Dry fry poppy seed, sesame seeds and coconut until brown.
- Heat little oil and fry sliced onions until brown.
- Grind the browned onions and poppy seed mixture and set aside.
- Heat
the oil in a vessel and add chopped onions and fry until it
becomes golden brown, and add ginger,
garlic paste and fry until all the flavors comes out.
- Now add
tomato and chili powder and fry until the oil comes out.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix, add lot of water and allow to
boil.
- Now add the ground coconut paste, add salt and garam masala
powder and cover and cook until done.
