- Clean
and cut chicken into medium pieces.
- Pressure
cook chicken adding ginger garlic paste, turmeric pdr and salt. Keep it aside.
- Grind
onion to a smooth paste and chop the tomatoes.
- In
a heavy bottom pan heat oil, fry cumin and kasuri methi for 30 sec and
add
grounded onion paste and saute till the oil shows separately.
- Add
all powders to it and saute for few seconds. Then
add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.
- Pour
the cooked chicken in the masala add salt and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
Finally
put the butter on top and cook for 3-5 mins.
