CHICKEN MOGLAI

Chicken 1 lb
Onion 2
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Cardamom 4
Ghee 1/2 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
ground almond 1/4 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Salt
  • Pre heat the pan with ghee; add onion, ginger, garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon stick.
  • Stir-fry until the onions are golden brown.
  • Add the chunks of chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, ground almonds and cream.
  • Lower the heat to "very low" and pour the egg and cream mixture into the wok.
  • Simmer gently for 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and tender.
