3 eggs, beaten 3 c. grated, drained raw potatoes 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 Tbsp. grated onion 4 Tbsp. melted butter Mix well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for one hour or until browned.
